Assistant Coach
Krivo School of Hockey Elite has an immediate opening for an Assistant Coach
Krivo School of Hockey Elite has and immediate opening for an Assistant Coach for the
2012-2013 season. Krivo School of Hockey Elite located in Littleton, Colorado. Qualified individual will be responsible for assisting 3 teams, Squirt A, Squirt B, and Mites from Monday-Sunday. All 3 teams practice minimum 4 times a week and plays nearly every weekend during the season. Krivo School of Hockey Elite looking for experienced coach that has played or coached under a top Junior and/or NCAA program with successful track record. Strong skating background, ability to demonstrate drills, and individual on ice defensive and/or offensive skill is a must. Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach in organizing, planning, and implementing on ice practices;
Assist the head coach with team and player development;
Assisting in game management;
Demonstrate on ice skills and drills;
Attend all games, practices, and team events;
Work closely and communicate effectively with head coach.
Qualifications:
USA Hockey Level 3 Certification. (Level 4 or 5 Preferred)
Experience coaching at the collegiate, junior, and/or advanced elite youth travel level
Previous Junior or Collegiate playing experience
Strong leadership and disciplinary skills
Strong skating and stickhandling skill set
Sound knowledge of game theory and concepts, including systems and special teams play

Goalie Coach
Krivo School of Hockey Elite has an immediate opening for a Goalie Coach
Krivo School of Hockey Elite has an immediate opening for a Goalie Coach for the 2012-2013 season. Krivo School of Hockey Elite located in Littleton, Colorado. Krivo School of Hockey Elite teams practice 4 times a week and plays nearly every weekend during the season. Qualified candidate will be responsible for coaching 4 to 5 goalies on daily bases from Monday-Sunday. Mite, Squirt B, and Squirt A. Krivo School of Hockey Elite is looking for experienced Goalie Coach that has played or coached under a top Junior and/or NCAA program with successful track record. Strong goalie skating background and ability to demonstrate drills is a must. Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to proven goalie techniques;
Development of individual attributes of each goalie in all Squirt A, Squirt B, and Mite levels;
Positioning, Skating Mobility, Save Selection, Save Execution, Rebound Control;
Communicate effectively with goalies in each level
Qualification:
USA Hockey Level 3 Certification
Attention to detail of development in each goaltender
Experience coaching goalies at collegiate, junior, and/or elite youth travel level
Ability to demonstrate on ice drill
Strong leadership and disciplinary skills
