Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Krivo 10U Summer Camp 2026
Non-Refundable & Credit Transfer Policy All purchases are non-refundable. No cash, card, or original payment refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Credits may be transferred for future use only in the event of a medical issue. To qualify for a credit transfer, the customer must provide a valid doctor’s note confirming the medical reason that prevents use of the service as originally scheduled. Policy details: • Doctor’s note must be submitted within [7 days] of the missed or canceled service. • Approved credits are non-transferable to other individuals. • Credits must be used within [12 months] from the date of issue. • Failure to provide a doctor’s note will result in forfeiture of the credit. By purchasing our services, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
